"Absolutely lovely hotel, easy to access and right along the beach front. All staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel was in great condition, the rooms were very clean and a good size, great view of the beach and pier. Towels provided alongside tea and coffee facilities in the room. The bar downstairs is clean, welcoming and lovely for an evening drink! We didn’t pre book breakfast but was quickly seen to and the food was beautiful. Will definitely go back to this wonderful hotel "

"Absolutely fantastic, located couldnt be more perfect , the room was kitted out as advertised , bathroom was very spacious clean and nicely decorated. Ironing board and iron provided . Considering it was in the center we couldnt hear any outside noise. We parked at the train station and it was a very short walk to the hotel. One last thing the lock on the room was so simple very very effective. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family if travelling to Brighton for a stay "
