1. This hotel is very close to highway where the noise is very severe that you can hardly fall asleep. 2. Some of the service staff are very impolite. 3. Valet parking only with $40 per day. VIP voucher can be used only once even if we booked 2 rooms and stayed their multiple days.

The staff from the valet, front desk, grab n go and West restaurant were all very friendly, professional and helpful. I used the Uber amenity provided to get some donuts 🍩 Very convenient!! The room was comfortable except for the clunky air conditioner. It made too much noise and made it difficult to sleep. The food in the restaurant at the top was excellent! We had the ribeye and the sauce was delicious. The salmon was well cooked with a slight crisp in the edges. The breakfast scramble was well made. But the salsa verde in the chilaquiles was too spicy. The view is remarkable and very worthwhile. I would definitely recommend the experience at Hotel Angeleno.

The hotel and receptionist were fine but what I do not appreciate is showing up and them telling me there’s a $40 mandatory valet service. Just to park my car 20 feet in back of the hotel. Such a nonsense money grab thing to do. Then I’m the bad guy for not tipping the valet guys for a service I never asked for.

Naz at the front desk made checking in a breeze and the rooms are well designed and comfortable. The complimentary Uber ride to nearby destinations was a really nice touch as well. The staff were happy to hold my luggage at no extra charge past check out which meant I could make a stress free, late morning trip to The Getty Center. However, service at the restaurant left much to be desired and the $20 parking credit is essential to keeping nightly stays more affordable. All in all though, it's a lovely hotel, handy to the freeway and I'd stay here again.

Great property! Great views and friendly, helpful staff. Not in a real walkable area, but the staff did direct me to an easy to access site on foot for basic snacks and supplies. Easy to access the freeway and my beloved UCLA! Very comfortable. I will stay here again, it will be my West LA location! (I just wish that the doors on my terrace opened...would have loved the fresh air and to check the weather!).
