"Friendly and efficient staff on arrival set the tone for an enjoyable stay. Room was clean and well stocked, bed super comfy and extra bathroom supplies appreciated. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a good value, central stay in Canberra and would definitely stay here again!"

"Despite having booked Citystyle Executive in Braddon and checking that we had a 2b2b unit, we were emailed with less than 48 hours notice that we had been moved to another apartment 500 m away which was a 2b2b. We were told that the Braddon site had no 2b2b units at all. Whilst we got an appartment which suited, there was a water leak in the bathroom, damaged blinds and a lack of security locks to keep the sliding exterior doors open and secure. We did however love the location and Canberra"

"Clean and quite central to everything. However, hotel and room facilities need some upgrading. Pool is not in the building, you’ll need to walk to another area to access it. Room TV doesn’t have any access to any entertainment (like Netflix or Foxtel) apart from local channels. But, nevertheless, the amount you pay for an accommodation for this property is value for money."

"When I first checked in, I felt like I was interrupting the staff. There was nothing welcoming about it. Also the bedding arraignment was not what I requested. The cups in the cupboard were chipped and one was dirty. "
