Hotels with Swimming Pool in Boynton Beach, Florida

"Loved the exercise room and the pool area was an oasis. Hotel was quiet, secure and extremely stylish, but also very expensive (ex. $5 for a coffee). Rooms were spacious and equipped with all modern conveniences. Bed mattresses were somewhat hard however. Overall we loved it and hope to be back."

"The receptionist didn’t offer our Expedia gold perks. After asking for them specifically, the drink coupons were given. Then we went to the beach and had trouble getting towels because we didn’t have bands. Apparently the receptionist didn’t give us bands so we had to go request them. To which, when i mentioned that we felt like we didn’t receive good customer service by the receptionist, the other receptionist said “she must have been so caught off guard by your beauty”. No one likes to be given bull crap when an apology should have been offered. We also didn’t get pool or beach drinks offered and I had to get ours the whole time we were there. This was my third stay and quite disappointing with the lack of standards from my previous visits. "
