What's not to like? 24 hr coffee bar, Public transit, and a restaurant w great food. The bed was amazing. Only thing I relapsed from was no I.D. channel. But hey.

While the room was lovely its location leaves a lot to be desired. Basically on top of the highway it’s very loud and it’s incredibly hard to navigate into the parking lot based on the roads around the hotel.

Check in was fast an easy. Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The TV was personalized to my reservation and had options on the welcome sceeen to sign in to various streaming services. Prepaid $20 for parking in their garage which was very convenient. Also prepaid $18pp for their continental breakfast which was actually surprisingly good. Hot options were scrambled and hard boiled eggs, hash browns, make your own Belgium waffles with plenty of toppings and bacon. They also had a variety of cereal, bread, bagels, muffins and all of the toppings to go along with them. Pitchers of juices, water and fresh coffee were also available. Also had an employee there to bus tables and keep everything tidy. Definitely one of the better continental breakfasts that I've had. Kind of in a tricky traffic spot in Natick when navigating a car. But the hotel is less than a minute off the exit from the I-90 (Mass Pike) and quick to travel into Boston, Brighton, Allston or the surrounding areas. The next time I stay in the area, I'll definitely be coming back.

Our room was directly across from room with baby soccer team girls and they were very loud in hallway at night plus room was directly next to pool where we could hear loud yelling from children …. That room should not be booked for couple like us …

Our bed was comfortable but check in was laborious. Sent to a room that was not what we had paid for and reserved and had such a strong varnish smell from maintenance that we really may have passed out out from the fumes, definitely dangerous, asked for a new room. That process took at least a 1/2 hr, after an already late arrival it was tiring. The gentleman that helped us was anxious and slow. Breakfast costs 18 dollars per person and is a basic hotel breakfast with typical hot food choices. Location was convenient for this trip but probably wouldn’t stay again.

When checking in, someone was being arrested. It didn’t affect us but not a great experience to pull up to a hotel (with an toddler) and four cop cars are at the curb. Also, wait time for a table in the restaurant was long. Food did come out fast and was tasty though. No shower gel in the shower. Finally, in the middle of the night a fight broke out in the hallway. The next morning, management came to our door to check if we were ok (we weren’t involved, we just heard the commotion) which was thoughtful but being that we had a small child and were disrupted in the middle of the night, I would have appreciated being offered free parking or breakfast or something to accommodate us for our troubles.

Comfortable beds. However, if you want a good night's sleep with no noise, I recommend not booking this hotel. It's above a major highway and a train station. Overall everything was great.
