This hotel does a good & brisk business getting its customers to and from Logan airport. The staff is friendly & helpful & their shuttle runs on time. Their rooms are comfortable too. I’ve stayed here twice now & would stay again.

While convenient to activities, and clean and comfortable, the room heat had inadvertently been shut off before we arrived, and the room was not cleaned between our first and second nights. We were disappointed that parking was not included in the room rate, but was a separate charge.

The people working there are the most valuable asset the property has. The room was clean, as well as the restaurant, the bar and the surrounding. I=this hotel is perfect for an overnight stay on a business trip.

My stay at the doubletree by hilton boston logan airport chelsea was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I have a Instagram account that has over 25,000 followers where I give travel reviews and I want to give this hotel the worst review possible. To start, when I first checked into my room, I noticed my room smelled heavy of smoke. I also noticed the drawers beside my bed had burn marks on them. I came to Boston to do work, and I could not even do my work due to the fact that the wifi was spotty and broken. I would try to write my reports, and I would get kicked out my session due to the fact the hotel wifi kept going in and out. After hours of this I became very frustrated, so I decided to just watch TV instead. The TV didn't work well either. It would just go blank saying there was no signal in the middle of the shows I was watching. I called maintenance for this and he came, I also told him about the wi fi issue and he was able to fix the TV temporarily, but said the wifi issue was just a "today thing" and that "maybe they would call the internet provider to fix." This was very upsetting again. I wanted to leave this hotel then and there but I was so tired from a long extensive day of travel I began to prepare for bed. I went to take a shower only to find out water was getting all over the floor because the shower door was broken. It would not close properly. I slipped and almost injured myself getting out the shower because the floor was so wet from the broken
