"Great place "

"It's so clean because it's new, the garden is pretty, and the staff is so kind. It's a little quiet, so it's not crowded and it's good to go out nearby by bicycle or Didi. Breakfast is delicious and laundry service is free, so I used it well. I want to use it again on my next visit to Hangzhou! However, it was a little disappointing that there were no English-speaking employees because it was a place where many locals went. If that was solved, it would be perfect."

"Simply furnished, relatively new hotel with all the basics covered. Particularly like the laundry room with washer and dryer. We made use of the facilities most nights and come home with a suitcase of clean clothes."
