Xiaoshan Intl. Airport Hotels in Hangzhou, China

"Staff was nice and helpful. However, the hotel is too old, and looks very run down. At around 1am, a rat appeared from behind the cabinets and scurried around behind the cabinets for a bit. I quickly asked staff for a different room. They told me there was none so i just told them to take me to the airport because no way i was going to sleep in a room with a rat scurring around. The front desk quickly got me another room and it was ok from there on. The pictures and reviews they post are...

"I always stay at the Veegle when I visit the area because it is so handy to ZjGsU that I visit frequently. I stayed there for the first time two or three years ago when it was new, and it was a very good hotel then, maybe would have given it 4 stars. Now, however, the shabby workmanship is showing. "Property is clean. Located in front of a big mall and alot of dining options at the hotel and around the hotel. Crowne Plaza Hotels are a hit or huge miss. This one was one of the more decent ones. Buffet is good but room service was not good. Staff are nice. But the most important thing to me is whether the rooms are clean. The rooms are clean here. Jose the manager is the one you want to look for if you can only speak English. "

"I stayed in two different rooms on consecutive nights. The first was great, while the second, I had an equivalent room that didn’t have well-working air conditioning. It was somewhat humid, though not hot. The room was overall just slightly less clean than the other one on a different floor. I thought that was odd for its inconsistency in experience."
