"I did not get a receipt for my stay. morning front desk reps did not find me in the system although Expedia had already charged me . At 9:30 am house keeping was trying to enter the room even though we had a no disturb sign . Then after that like 15min later had hard knock on the door a man telling us we had not paid for the room and that’s when I check my bank account and had seen funds were deducted. Confusing stay and strange situation at this hotel ."
