"Towel rack broke and had towels still hanging on them and black mold on little bit of the seat"

"Good value, especially after staying in a tiny room in NYC. Room and bathroom were spacious, the "members' lounge" was always open and had cold canned colas and also a starbuck's coffee machine. Breakfast was included and was sufficient. The staff were friendly. Gym was nice and clean and good for a hotel at this price point. Didn't use pool but it looked clean."
