"Whoever the gentleman that was working in the late evening of the 30th of January is an amazing person. I had rolled my ankle getting off the bus and was in desperate need of first aid and the man was so kind and offered me anything from the first aid as well as a bucket of ice. The check in staff on the 29th were also amazing very kind. "

"Leonardo Piccadilly is our “ go to “ hotel for our regular visits to see MCFC @ The Etihad , which is a short 20/25 mins walk away . Hotel is always clean , friendly and all staff are polite and helpful . Acting Reception Manager ( Dale ) was excellent on our recent stay when dealing with a room query All rooms are fully functional with comfortable beds . Bar is good value as is the food , with morning breakfast being varied between continental / English fry up . Would fully recommend this hotel "
