"This is my first time leaving a review on here because this was one of my worst hotel experiences. Basically everything was wrong with this hotel and the room we were assigned. Be warned and save yourself the headache we had to deal with. Room booked was supposed to have a balcony, it didn’t. Hotel receptionist was supposed to speak English, Italian and French. Only down side was the restricted menu for an evening meal (was out of season) but plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. "The hotel itself was just beautiful both outside and inside. It was very clean and had a really warm decor. We sat in the courtyard bar and enjoyed trying different foods from all the various hotel restaurants. The servers were all very nice and informative."
