"I tried to pay for a late checkout and it wasnt offered at all. They said if not out before 12 pm (noon) that there would be a late checkout fee. I got down at 11:59. They charged me 40 euro as a late fee. They had no where for me to throw away my pizza box when i had it with me in the restaurant up top and said i needed to take it with me and find somewhere else to throw it. "

"The room/apartment was excellent and huge! Very modern and clean. We had almost everything that we needed, no hand soap or towel in the separate toilet. These were found in the bathroom, so it was a little odd that you had to leave the toilet and go into the bathroom to wash your hands. The kitchen was fully equipped but would’ve been a nice idea if they offered to fill the fridge on arrival with basics like milk, bread or drinks, especially if arriving late. "The property itself is lovely, staff are very welcoming and helpful and our room was amazing. We stayed in a Panoramic spa wellness room and used all the facilities it had to offer every evening after a long day. The only downside for us was that our view wasn’t very good as there was building works happening to the right of the hotel that we were unaware of when we booked. Couldn’t really have the balcony door open as it was pretty loud. Not much that the hotel can do about that but would’ve been nice to know in advance that this was happening as it seems it will be going on for some time to come. It didn’t ruin our stay but just be aware."
