"from the moment we checked in to the moment we left everyone was very nice. we purchased ABBA tickets from the concierge and he went the extra mile to confirm we had the tickets when we couldn't download them online. the shower was good size with solid water pressure. the rooms are big. i wish the bed had USB ports on the nightstands, that's really the only downside i can think of. free water bottles every day if you asked. big sink in the bathroom."

"Great hotel, great service and good location near Hyde Park. I liked being able to walk out the hotel and go running in Hyde Park. The room also had an amazing view over Hyde Park and Kensington Palace. Despite the area being busy, it was very quiet. The hotel was fairly close to to tube stops so getting around London from the hotel wasn’t an issue. "

"In this area, definitely represents value for money. I appreciate the privacy option for whether or not one wants the room serviced & think it helps to be more ecofriendly. Only gets a 4 on this count because of the plastic travel sized toiletries.My room did overlook the railway tracks and were I a light sleeper I might have been disturbed by this."

Concierge was so helpful and we very close to the tube and the hop on hop off bus stop. Loved the restaurants and the coffee shop next to the hotel. We would recommend this hotel to anyone!"
