area and took a long time to get staff to supply them. Ice machines on 1st floor only. One broken. One BARELY functioned...5mins for one bucket. TV remote didn't work. Buttons on TV hardly worked. Shower pressure was light and water hardly came out no matter what we did with the on/off or temp.
