the room is clean, the area is beautiful, I wouldn't say the food is very tasty, but everyone will find something for themselves. the staff surprised me with their rudeness, especially the waiters. the first time we encountered such service. the room service is also very weak, we asked to bring fruit to the room, and we never received. overall a good hotel, but I don't think we will go back there again

Third time at this property. Love the endless beach and sandy clear waters, friendly staff, discounted golf and pickleball. Good variety of meal selection except slow service at lobster seafood restaurant and it was hard to get into French fine dining restaurant.

The property was beautiful, so many lush tress & the beach was beautiful as well. Our trip started off on a sour note, we were told that the room we booked months in advance was given to a different guest. The only solution presented was a room on the family side with the same perks as the adults only club & a $200 credit. We later found out that our room was given to another couple in our travel group (they walked in to a message for my husband and I welcoming us because it was our anniversary trip). We ended up using the credit on an overprice bottle of champagne because it was not enough for joint spa services and we did not want any branded souvenirs. We powered through. We encountered two instances where the staff was rude. Our guest were scolding for being at the wrong bar due to them not having club access, they weren’t aware of the mistake but were immediately chastised instead of them simply explaining the issue. The last instance was with a bartender at the swim up pool. We sit to be served and there was a lack up customer service, he just stood there and did not ask me what I wanted. Another group walked up and were immediately greeted with warm sentiments. This was disheartening on a few levels so we decided to change locations simply because we continued to see that behavior from the same bartender for at least an hour. We officially met our butler at check out. The highlight was the Japanese restaurant, food was delicious.

The reaort is nice and the food was good. The mis is that the breakfast buffet opens to late at 8:30 and with kods its hard to not have option at 7am. Also liked that the staff helps with reservations and everyone is friendly. Their shows were ok but again thwy started to late if you have kids, they should have aomw type of kids show earlier then, the dtafffoes s good job with activitoes foe the kids, face painitng dancing, beach games etc.

This was my 5th time at majestic. No special amenities were given. Very clean resort . Friendly staff. Not enough cold coors light. Sad that pools only open until 6pm. The circus show was good. The rest of shows need changed up, same shows for last 10 years! Got scammed on beach with massage- lady comes up and starts massaging and charged me 140$.
