"Amazing hotel, beautiful pool and gym amenities. Breakfast buffet spread was wide and good. Staff made us feel welcomed as treasured guests. Left Berjaya apartments and came here straight and it was a literal rise from hell to heaven. Thank you Park Royal Collection! My family really enjoyed the short 1 night stay. "

"Attended conference at convention centre. Not the best choice as walking is simply too far and not fully sheltered. Grab must be costly during peak hours despite it being a 5 mins ride. Great stay!"

"Amazing service, great concierge services. Ajit was amazing in coordinating tours and directing us to have a great time in KL, during our couple of days visit. Room was spacious, bathroom and amenities were great. View from 43 floor was breathtaking. Breakfast was crazy, too many options to even mention and definitely impossible to try. Highly recommend it.
