“We stayed for two nights and were very happy with the staff, as well as the early check-in after a long overnight flight. The room on level 9, which is my favorite, was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The only issue was that the towels appeared worn out from overuse.

Our room was not easily accessible: it involved taking escalators to a first floor, traversing across a lobby and then taking a set of elevators. Location was very convenient with access to the Pavilion Mall.
