Well other then items removed from my vehicle and change taken from valet service our stay was very nice and if it is a non smoking facility may want to check for smell of marijuana coming from rooms and cigarette smoke being used in rooms very strong.

I didn’t like that there were no carts for the luggage. I went during the week and the place was not busy at all. I waited 15 min for someone to come to the front desk. I had to take all of my luggage to my room. The hallways were extremely cold. They had really small heaters placed throughout the hotel that was not warming anything. The main entrance was decorated nicely but the rooms need an update and the caulking around the showers were black. The floors should be upgraded. I travel a lot and for the price we paid I expected better.

The good…The shower was everything! Large, great temp and pressure. The bad… The staff acted like they couldn’t be bothered. I asked for fresh towels and the front desk staff sneered. When the house keeper arrived with the towels, I said thank you and she rolled her eyes. The hotel is pretty far from anything but had nice views of the river and although a little worn, was very clean.

The place was nice, didn't like the fact the buffet is behind the gambling area. My son who is 24 was carded and after looking at his ID they preceded to ask him for a 2nd form of ID. We stood Thier for over 5 minutes. We didn't want to gamble at all just eat. Makes no sense

Was passing through on our way home and decided to stay at the casino a night to have a little fun gambling. We are dinner at the ESPN sportsbook and gambled a little bit! It was perfect!

Friendly people but played for long periods of time on machines and never got offered a drink,had to walk around to find a waitress and ended up going to the bar and had to pay for our drinks. Not enough restaurants.

I was not aware of the lack of housekeeping. Even when asked for it, none arrived. 2 bath towels are not sufficient for 2 adults in a 5 day stay. Then there was the key card issue. Once on the elevator, a key card that malfunctions ends with you only being able to go to the lobby. Ice machines not working and staff unaware of which were working is an issue with these cards. This is my 5th year to stay here and the problems seem to increase. I stay here because of the restaurant on site. The staff was always excellent. The food prep was slow, but always very good.

Food was very expensive. If you want coffee the only place it’s available is either at PJ’s which opens at 6am or in the casino. Breakfast options there are basically non existent. Next time we will save our money and stay somewhere else. It was a horrible experience.
