So many unexpected and well thought out details, very functional, like the best toilet roll holder ever - folds flat onto the wall when taking the roll off. The lighting options were extraordinary, being able to have sublte light from the headboard, or a bit more when turning on the bar light. Also a light that turns on automatically when opening the wardrobe doors helps a great deal. Having electric curtains and blinds makes it a true five star hotel. The widest bed ever, felt plush. Also the towels were so plush and absorbant, just felt wonderful to use. The slippers were similar. All together, very pleasant and well thought through. There was one memorable interaction. I had a pink store bag and made the mistake of placing it between the waste bin and the wall. Housekeeping (understandably) took the bag. At first I thought there was just some loose change in the bottom, but then I realized some expensive sunglasses were in there. When going down to reception to see what could be done, the receptionist who checked me sensed my hesitation and discomfort, listened with concern and empathy which was greatly appreciated. Five or ten minutes later there was a knock on my hotel room door and I was reunited with the bag and sunglasses. Housekeeping was very kind and so appolagetic. As for the receptionist: she’s manager material and the hotel can be proud to have her.

Definitely one of the most unique hotels we’ve been to. It’s modern, stylish, and the little details at times dazzle you, while bringing a bit of laughter in other moments. Happily recommend this hotel to other couples who want a romantic stay but one with flair and attitude.

We was really let down it was okay at first then we went to the pool and there was people around the pool touching each other inappropriate and showing each other there private parts and there was kids in the pool was not good and then we went back to the room at 3 in the afternoon and the room was still not cleaned no toilet role so had to ask to be cleaned the room was cleaned then there was white stains all over the bed covers we tried to say we wasn’t happy nothing really happened they couldn’t do anything worse hotel I stayed in Thailand

Beautiful rooms with glass windows overlooking Bangkok and large sizes/sq ft. Only small issue is the pool doesn’t get the sun until 2pm (we visited in December) so you won’t use it much. Right next to the skywalk and great restaurants so epic location. Nothing much to fault apart from the lack of sun on the pool! Highly recommend, Would definitely stay there again if we came back to Bangkok.

From the time that you arrive, until the time you leave, the staff is always attentive to your needs and very friendly. Breakfast is served on an open terrace that gives the an ambience of peaceful nature within the bustling city, and the food is always fresh and delicious: especially the fruit!

Cracking. Just near a skytrain station, super fashionable decor, great restaurants & bars, excellent staff. Minus 2 points out of 100 for 3pm check in and a slightly small breakfast spread, but really a great hotel. Highly recommended.
