"This is a small hotel close to everything, but is still peaceful and quiet. We were able to walk easily to the main attractions. Breakfast was really good, staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again"

"Pros: Great location in center of Madrid, walkable distance to all attractions, less than 1 mile away from Palace and Prado museums. Great attentive staff and reception. Outstanding breakfast m, totally worth the money!!! Cons: Outdated rooms, leaky shower cabin, some water damage, some decolorisation on the ceiling. Some of this is expected due to age of the historic building. But the use of space is pretty poor, I would put more furniture and seal shower cabin or install sliding door. ...

"Location was splendid, the staff were welcoming and friendly. And the rooms were well maintained each day. Only criticism is that the breakfast area needs more coffee machines. The wait was often too long. Restaurant staff though were lovely. "
