"The staff were extremely friendly. The "free" breakfast (part of the nightly cost) was exceptional. Room was clean, yet small. Areas to improve, consider a little store area in which food items and wine / beer can be purchased. Consider having a microwave in the rooms so food / drink can be heated up"

"This is a small hotel close to everything, but is still peaceful and quiet. We were able to walk easily to the main attractions. Breakfast was really good, staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again"

"Location was splendid, the staff were welcoming and friendly. And the rooms were well maintained each day. Only criticism is that the breakfast area needs more coffee machines. The wait was often too long. Restaurant staff though were lovely. "

"This was our 3rd trip to Madrid. We had stayed around this area before so specifically chose this hotel for its proximity to the Gran Via and the Chueca neighborhood, our favorite for drinks and fun. The hotel was nice, room was clean however a bit tight. "
