"Always love staying at the Knickerbocker. The room was clean but the AC did not work. The bathroom was beautiful! Check-in process was not so smooth when using Expedia, for some reason? Claimed to not have our reservation. Parking in the area is atrocious. Otherwise, still a great experience at the Knickerbocker!"

"We had a wonderful stay!! The breakfast was a plus, loved the security of the hotel and location to great restaurants and shopping. It was clean and modern. Our only issue was that the room was warm. We tried to get the temp down but it never got below like 74 degrees which is warm for us. "
