"I come here every few months, and I enjoy this hotel for the most part. I did notice this time the bed wasn't as comfortable as other rooms, and I was bitten by fleas a few times so they must let dogs in this room often. The bedding was missing the duvet cover normally used, making the top cover less soft. Over all, it's ok and we will return soon(I'll just request a different room, easy peazy)"

"I am completely blown away. Everyone here is remarkably kind and helpful – the gal at the front desk has been working relentlessly every single day and night is absolutely phenomenal. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here above anywhere else I’ve ever been. I lost power all week. I’m a teacher and I needed to do report cards and teach and they’ve made it effortlessly easy for me."
