"Spacious room. Functionality and decor are perfect. Kyle and Courtney are great as far as staff goes. On to the bad: Maintenance staff roams from room to room without consent when we requested an a/c shut off due to cold temperatures outoors, housekeeping shows up unannounced and you can hear loud plumbing through the ceiling and there is no on/off button to control the a/c and heat temperature, which is odd. You will need to call Maintenance Staff."

"El apartamento tiene buen tamaño y ubicación. Pero tenía problemas con la calefacción, tuvimos que esperar 3 días para recibir a técnicos para que solucionaran el problema, adicionalmente la habitación que tiene 3 camas individuales, una es una cama de gaveta sumamente incomoda, donde ninguno de nuestros hijos quiso dormir, porque era más incómodo que dormir en el piso, por lo que creo necesario cambiar ese colchón, además que por el tamaño de las otras dos camas no permite que duerman dos...
