"Good: It was clean, the room was nice, and it’s in a nice area. When we asked for towels, we got them. Bad: The staff needs a service elevator. Multiple times we couldn’t use the elevator because the staff was using it for large laundry carts. The door would open and they would actually wave us off. So we would have to stand and wait a while for it to come back around. Also, one day the staff didn’t show to open breakfast so there was none. "

"We stay here annually and love it. Onsite ski rental, a tide anywhere we want at any time. Nice staff have become out friends over the years."
