"2nd stay here and just for 1 night for early flight home via T2 Heathrow .As before its very convenient from arrival via tube/car ,well signposted and then to Terminal for departure Very impressed by all staff from checkin through bar /food and drink in bar and ease of getting extension lead for cpap machine .Everyone was friendly professsional and well trained . Extension lead only available for medical device use but explained tactfully ! Bar was as before very well staffed with good staff -good choice of wines by glass and small plates -I had porkbelly pieces in spicy sauce excellent .Wimbledon final was on and excellent opportunities to watch from almost anywhere in bar . Only negative is that bar furniture eg banquettes /chairs are very tatty and look very tired -its a real jolt since rest of hotel is absolutely spanking smart -I mentioned this when we stayed in january but it does not do hotel credit !Maybe a refurb is overdue or delayed ."

"We booked a night at the Hilton to rest-up after 14 days travel through England and Wales, before our flights home. The room was clean and comfortable and the food was surprisingly good. I’m glad we stayed. "

"Property and staff were great. Restaurant was open till 12:30am which I think which is very convenient. Price, distance to and options getting from Heathrow made this an easy choice. The only 'complaint', and this seems to be a trend across European hotels, is the 'half door ' on the showers. Water ultimately sprays onto the main bathroom floor which is messy and dangerous. You then need to turn use good towels to stand on afterwards. This can't be cost effective for the hotels and its not a pleasant experience for the guests. "

"The check in was fast and smooth, we only stayed one night but rooms were comfortable for a family of 4. Beds were comfy and room was quiet "

"I really enjoyed my stay there. The Aviator Restaurant as a highlight, especially the patio. Breakfast was great. The rooms were comfortable and the air conditioning a blessing in July. All in all a great hotel"
