"Staff was great. Food was great. Property was great. Natural setting with birds and monkeys was really great. On a clear day you can see the top of Kilimanjaro as you have a gin and tonic on the veranda in the photo. Monkeys would be playing overhead as you were eating on a terrace overlooking a bird paradise. Horseback riding was great through the village and jungly terrain. Gift shop was great compared to others I saw in Tanzania and we spent loads there. Pool was great. Wonderful...

either after a long flight from overseas, or before heading back home as we did. The pool is very refreshing and has multiple deck chairs available and food is extremely delicious! All staff are incredibly kind, thoughtful and courteous and really want your stay to be perfect. The little cabins are comfortable and have everything you need. "Yes there is a bumpy 15 minute ride from the main road but the pay off is a tranquil environment to relax at Kili Villa. Our room had a lovely outlook to the gardens where local fauna and birds did their thing. The staff were welcoming and courteous, and the food was delicious. Perhaps the experience could have been improved with better communication about food and drink options when we arrived (with an explanation card). There are no other options for F&B in the area (aside from the golf club)...

"I arrived at the property at 4am. My driver woke someone up in order for the gates to be opened. From the moment I stepped into this magical world, I felt swept away by the atmosphere, the 4 poster bed, the warm shower, the surrounding nature and even the charming monkeys running on the property. I enjoyed an in-room massage and a fantastic breakfast and lunch. Five stars are not enough. This place is definitely a 10 out of 10. "
