"Stayed as 2 adults and a toddler. Had the best time! Food was good, everything was clean, pools are good. Staff are exceptional - they work so hard!! The only downside for us was we had two lots of noisy neighbours (young party people) so got woken up a lot. But not sure if we just had bad luck because it was pretty much all families at the resort otherwise! "

"All the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the hard so but happy team in the restaurant!! The rooms were tired and basic but ok, air con was ok! The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!"

"Ideal situation, good amenities, friendly staff, free safe- just 40euro deposit which was fully refundable, free car parking, the only issue was my husband was very ill on our check out day and it was extremely difficult to organise a room for him. Eventually we got one for 50 euro"

"Overall, the Sol Arena Tenerife is a good hotel for its location, staff service, and breakfast. Though, I would like to point out that it was a tad costly for some of the amenities that room was lacking, such as an air conditing system and even a refrigerator. If the price point per day was a bit lower than what I paid for, I would have given it a 5/5. "
