"My daughter and I went for her birthday weekend. We arrived late (after check in), we communicated with the hotel prior and this was ok. When we arrived we were greeted kindly. It was a very easy and smooth check in. All of the staff were lovely, friendly, happy and very helpful. We felt safe. "I really enjoyed my time at sunset Bay. It gave a lot of great childhood memories when I was there and still an amazing place to visit with all the upgrades I've noticed to the place over time. I would definitely go back there again in the future. However, they only 1 snag I found was if your sensitive to noise I do recommend you avoid D blocks. You've noise on front from the bars there and then they is noise on back from the restaurant/ bars there as well, handy if you don't want to go not to...

"Hotel is ok. Initially we were given with a room in the section A with view to construction site. We requested to move to another and few days later we were moved to section C with pool view. Pool is good (some man comes each evening, do measurements and add chemicals), but cold for me - like ocean. Apartments are big, but furniture and all devices are the most cheapest in the world… I have never seen such brands before. Beds are so hard like sleeping on the floor. Something neighbors are noise...
