"We had a great winter stay at Paloma Beach. It’s really easy to get to - only 20mins taxi ride (about 35 euro) from the airport. The apartment was basic but very clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the blackout blind plus shutters in the bedroom. All the balconies face towards the sea and had plenty of space. "Looking at the reviews i was unsure what to expect. Property was clean, quiet and staff were friendly. It wasnt mentioned the childrens entertainer would be there. Will was amazing, pool side entertainment and games until 6pm. No digger noises at all. The hotel was very quiet. Sunbathing - once the sun has gone from the pool (about5pm) there is a sun terrace at the back of the property with loungers and plenty of sun. Rooms are basic but everything you need for self catering and well...

"Everything was great except for the stairs but that was my own fault for not booking a one bedroom apartment instead of a studio, everyone was very helpful and I was even offered a different room, the people at the front desk were always on hand to help me in every way possible, I'll be going back again next year 👍🌞🌞"

"Location was very central to everything near by, and area was very safe. The pool condition wasn’t great as tiles were falling off and on floor of pool. Staff were lovely & great cocktails :)"

"The only criticisms about the appartment was that there was no air conditioning: it was hot in the bedroom and couldn’t sleep. The shower was awkward as the shower head faced the shower curtain so the bathroom was easily flooded. Good maid service and helpful hotel staff. Brilliant swimming pool."

"Arrived 1:30pm. Checked in and luggage stored. Room not available until 4pm. Requested a seaview when booking in March. None available. Was offered to upgrade to the Penthouse with all round views, hot tub and bed & breakfast for £300 extra for 3 of us - so why not. Been several times so knew what was on offer. No hot water for showers until part way into 2nd day. Room wasn't cleaned for check in time 4pm. Hot tub was cleaned either until day 3 - certainly not what was expected for upgrade fee....

"Stayed as 2 adults and a toddler. Had the best time! Food was good, everything was clean, pools are good. Staff are exceptional - they work so hard!! The only downside for us was we had two lots of noisy neighbours (young party people) so got woken up a lot. But not sure if we just had bad luck because it was pretty much all families at the resort otherwise! "

"Only stayed one night and had an ocean front view room which was lovely. As a non smoker you could tell that smokers had been in the room as it smelt of stale smoke which was rather unpleasant. Any longer and I would have had to change rooms. Room had a mini fridge so no coffee or milk available but had a kettle. Location is ideal and at the start of Veronica strip which is great as it’s very convenient for beach, restaurants and nightlife. Very busy hotel but very organised at reception and...

3rd time at same Hotel

"Loved my stay here again! I got upgraded as ive been here a few times before, thank you 😊. Hotel rooms are very clean, has amazing views of the mountains and the sea. The pool area at the top floor is great for views! In a very good location too where you dont get too much noise but only 5mins walk away from main areas. A few downsides are that the hot tub doesn't get hot and the wifi in the room is very poor. So maybe top up on your mobile data before you go! But overall a great stay with friendly working staff at reception 🙂"

"I enjoyed everything about my stay here apart from one thing - which to be fair - the hotel cannot do much about. My room was on the 7th floor and across the road was an outdoor sports bar which had extremely loud football until about 10pm then a very loud singer & music that went on until after midnight. There is virtually no soundproofing on the balcony doors - luckily I always travel with earplugs but it would have been hellish if I didn't! I flagged this up at reception and suggested they could include packets of foam earplugs in their nice little emergency kits in the bathrooms. Other than that the hotel is lovely and the food was exceptionally good."
