"Average room. Expected for a low cost one night overnight stay. Checkin was quick and easy. Room was average. Pillows (under the pillow cover yellowed), holes in the blanket tops and nail polish stains. Basic soaps included, no shampoo or other items. Broken towel holders and rust in the bathtub. Floors and sinks looked clean, but did find a plastic cup with frozen water in the fridge. Glad to have a fridge and micro. Met our needs for overnight low cost stay, but just average or a little...

"The only thing is I wasn’t aware that they were going to charge a deposit along with the price of the rooms. I went through Expedia to book the room. I’m supposed to get the deposits back on both rooms. A week later I still haven’t received the deposits back. This was done by the property not by Expedia. When do I get my deposits back???! "The place misrepresented itself on Expedia because it’s more of an apartment building with weekly rates and not for tourists. The outside aspect is run down and dirty throughout with trash. There was a heavy smoke smell outside that penetrated to the rooms. Room was clean and free from roaches- but had a broken lamp shade, broken office chair and unbalanced dresser with cardboard under the corner. "
