"The property was well kept. The room and all surrounding areas were very clean. In the website it was indicated that the parking was included. At check in, I was told that the parking was $47.00 per night. I told the front desk personnel, that it would be better to let customers know in advance that parking is $47 per night. He kept repeating the price of the parking, as if I was unable to hear him. He was very rude and obnoxious. Customer service can make or break your business. I was very disappointed with the customer service. "
