Do not use Expedia to book hotels and expect refunds for early checkout. The manager Shanelle at hotel is dishonest. She said she’s available for an hour to speak with Expedia and when they call she claims she is leaving in 15 mins. Final outcome, NO AMOUNT OF REFUND!

Continental breakfast was good. However, room quality and customer service were both extremely poor. Our room was a handicap room which we didn't ask for and the showerhead was installed improperly so my husband had to rig it with ropes and a plastic bag in order for us to be able.to shower. And when you showered, all the wanted would come out to the bathroom floor so we had to put towels.all.over the floor. The overall experience was horrible.

My girlfriend and I stayed here at the Comfort Suites for 3 nights. Property needs a little updating however it is clean. We did Uber/Lyft places for events/dining due to lower temps & snow- nice restaurants were within 5-6 mins away by car. Not close to Metro stops so you'd have to walk/Uber. Overall it was a good stay!

The pictures lie! The rooms are old, worn out, outlets are old like really old where it would spark minor electricity, they where so loose our charges would fall off… the water tub would not drain our dirty water when we showered. And this was what really triggered me, I asked for towels to shower since room service cleaned our room and took dirty towels , and the front desk man said they had NONE! So I didn’t shower! The breakfast bar is a 3/10 not the best but if you are hungry and have no other choice. I would not stay here ever
