Rooms were clean/ tidy. Great location if youre looking to explore DC. Not a fan of the stairs though, railing needs to be half a foot higher. I did check to see if breakfast was availble around scheduled times, and there wasnt any available so just went out.

That was very reasonable price fr Washington DC. The stuff is nice, trying to make an effort. Tiny kitchen is overcrowded during free breakfast. Public transport is nearby, and short distance drive from downtown. I would recommend.

I enjoyed the close proximity to the Metro station. The property was a little outdated, but overall, it was a convenient location considering the fact that we only slept there. The staff was nice.

When I booked the room breakfast was included and shown in pictures. It was only when another family member checked in around Oct 20 we learned there is no longer a breakfast. They will provide a muffin if you ask but disappointed as breakfast was a factor. We stayed on the bottom floor and another member was on the ground floor but room was 200. The 100 room was tight and beds are only full size.

We were most disappointed that there is now breakfast at the hotel. One of the main reasons we choose the hotel was because they were serving a free breakfast. On arrival we were told that this no longer happened. They should take this off the website. The hotel itself needs updating but it was generally clean and we could use the breakfast room to eat our own breakfast. There is a fridge and microwave in the rooms. The hotel is not far from the metro to get into Washington which does not take long. It was also easy to get from the airport which is good after a long flight.

Eh. It was okay. Room was clean and staff were helpful. When we booked, it said breakfast included. There was none. Undrinkable coffee in one of those machines. Nothing else. Room is TINY! Can’t sit at the desk without hitting the bed. No room around bathroom sink at all. On a very busy, very loud street. Ten minute walk to metro but really big hill!

The only positive about this property is the convenient access to the metro. The property is old and dirty. We stayed 4 nights and our room was only cleaned once. We had to ask for new towels daily. Expedia advertises free breakfast, there was no breakfast. The person at the front desk simply said, the website hasn’t been updated, we no longer serve breakfast.
