Arcadia hotel rooms a the Hyatt Hotels

"Originally got the room with the details claiming a “private hot tub “ was a part of the room ,without checking hiltons actual website i booked the room expecting a spa tub/jacuzzi . To my surprise when i arrived at the front desk i got corrected by the front desk person that Hilton gardens locations “dont do those kind of rooms.” Afterwards I check the Hilton’s Garden website and found none of their rooms contained a tub/jacuzzi. The front desk lady apologized for the miss information to which...

"We had an extended stay with our dog due to the fires. The staff was very kind and accommodating. We had a breakfast package which was very convenient. The room was nicely decorated and appointed, had a small fridge. TV was a SmartTV so we could log into our own NetFlix. We're very thankful we were able to stay here and would recommend it to anyone."
