Room was old. Furniture was scratched up. One window shade was missing. For some reason, cleaning staff would not replace glasses and left dirty ones in the room. Have stayed there many times. Rooms need to be upgraded. Staff is great and location is perfect.

The Westin is a good basic hotel. The people are friendly and can’t do enough. The gym is amazing and I stay there whenever I’m in LA. A couple of things annoy me. They used to provide two free waters a day and now it’s one. Penny wise. Also they stopped providing free toiletries and instead have bottles in the shower bother are mounted so high I can barely reach them . Minor things but annoying.
