"We arrived at prime check in time but no one at the desk, and it took 10 minutes and ringing the bell multiple times before anyone showed up. The room was very basic, and was on the first floor. It was incredibly hot, and although there was a fan, even with all windows open, it didn’t cool off. The fridge in the room was also putting out exhaust heat, adding to the misery. Being on the first floor, with windows open, we heard ALL of the street noise of which there was much - teens racing...

Be sure to make certain the road access from Airlo is open! Google maps will take you up to a snow closed road in the winter. Turning around on this narrow road at night is sketchy. "Amazing Deluxe Suite! We have been with my dog and the Hotel was absolutely pet friendly with also a Pets Menu in the room ! Very nice and relaxing SPA area, swimming pool outdoor/indoor for adults only from 7pm as well. Only negative note is on the view from our room that was not so great since we were at first floor only and with the mountains mostly covered by the building in front of the balcony."
