He has a natural presence that belongs on a stage, captivating guests of all ages. His storytelling brought the history of the hotel to life in a way we'll never forget. If you're visiting, make sure not to miss the tour. Mr. Kirby alone is worth the trip! •only complaint is that air was a little messed up and it never got cool enough "
