The rooms are very clean and tidy. The walk to get ice or breakfast experience is absolutely not 5 star and barely 4 star. Keys stopped working several times for several guest. But the front desk was very professional and responsive to anything and very hospitable. At the end of the day, the staff made this 3 star hotel a 4 star hotel experience that I was satisfied with.

Definitely not what the pictures show initially, this is a motel not a hotel. The air conditioning didn't work, it's smelled like smoke, there's a lot of unsavory characters roaming the parking lot any time of day and night, only good thing is it's behind a police station and the staff was nice. The staff were very understanding and accommodating when I asked to end my stay after 1 night. Breakfast was mediocre and the dinning facility as well.

Visited Busch gardens over the weekend and we decided to stay here as it was across the street from the park. Room was clean bed was super comfy and breakfast was decent. If you’re staying during the summer months you can see the fire works from the theme park from your room! 10/10 would stay again.
