"This property is no longer functioning as a resort. Most things on their website are no longer available. There are no sun loungers, the food was appalling and there are no activities on offer. The pool had water but it wasn't cleaned. The woman running the place left at 7:30 in the evening so we couldn't buy any drinks after that time. We left early and asked for a refund."

"We booked 2 pool access rooms with breakfast and got the rooms next to each other close to the beach zone. We stayed here for 9 nights. Check in / out was good not too slow. The location is in station 2 and easy to walk to shops, restaurants or beach. The management should put recliner not chairs at the balcony. Bell boy, pool and housekeeping staff were really helpful with exceptional service. The reception and concierge staff were good too. However, staff at the restaurant and bar were alright not that good in service mind. My husband and his sister got flu during our stay. On that day, he was not feeling well to come to the restaurant for his breakfast. I asked the restaurant manager if I could take some breakfast for him to the room. He said yes so I prepared his breakfast with one of the restaurant staff and he said he will bring the food for him and 5 mins later, he came back and said his boss didn’t allow him to help a guest to bring the food to the room. I didn’t mind to bring it myself so I asked the manager if I could borrow a tray to put the breakfast, juice and cutlery but he was denied as well. I felt this was really bad in service mind and not helpful at all. After that, we decided not use their restaurant and bar during our stay except the free breakfast that we got. The breakfast was okay for 10 days. Juices were awful. Pool was really strong chemical and not clean. We found out the beach was more relaxing. Overall, nothing was big deals. We enjoyed our stay."
