Gran servicio al cliente, el personal es muy atento y en mi caso resolvieron sin mayor tema una confusión que hubo en la reservación con relación al total de huéspedes en la reservación. Solo haría falta que renueven sus TVs por unas que permitan el uso de plataformas de streaming y corregir la gotera de la ducha. "

"We had a great time at Hotel Soleil. The experience was better than expected, the pools are great, service as well. Breakfast buffet was good and plenty of choice. Staff was nice and the rooms were clean. Loved the parrots and the grounds were beautiful. The kids loved the animation team on the weekend, as well as the trampoline.
