"Overall the hotel is really beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and there was one bartender who was amazing! She was very kind, informative and went above and beyond to deliver great service. The negatives - we barely had hot water during our stay. One of our rooms the water pressure was very low and cold. Even after leaving it running it was still cold. The hotel was pricey to not have running hot water. Also added amenities were expensive - you can book massages and tours on your own...

"This is one of the overall nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. Everything is beautiful, from the landscaping to the Mountain Views to the two swimming pools to the rooms. When I booked, I thought the price was a bit high for Central America, but when you get there you realize it’s worth it. I didn’t pay for the breakfast, but there are lots of places around to eat."

"We actually stayed at sister hotel Casa del Parque. They switched us unexpectedly. Casa el Parque was very loud, right next to a night club that played loud dance music. The beds were also very hard. The location was convenient and it was otherwise very pretty. "
