"Great location. 3 mins from a great beach and near 2 places within walking distance to eat in the evening. A great room with everything you need for a few days away. Staff at the hotel were really accomodating washed and dried our towels and tshirts as we had been on the beach. Beach wraps available to use and a parking permit for the beach so it was free to park. Breakfast was huge and could be afapted as you liked it. "First time staying here. Booked a last minute stay for 1 night with my husband and son. Communication through email was great, no complaints! Easy to get too and access the property. Inside was clean and cosy. Everything you needed in the bathroom. Kitchen was good, note there isn't an oven which caught us out (we didnt think to check). Enough plates/cutlery/mugs/glasses/pans. Very nice touch with the log fire and fairy lights on the ceiling. Sofa bed was comfy and lovely to cwtch on to watch...

"we had the very very top room on 4th floor the room was cold no radiator on and we booked a double bed they put 2 single bed together and very uncomfortable in the middle between them the breakfast weren’t very warm would be microwave there to warm it more but the food in restaurant in the night was outstanding plenty on your plate and lovely and warm staff very friendly would stay there again but not the 4th floor too high "

"The booking through Hotels.com was really simple. The price I paid was great and it was much cheaper than that advertised for the same room on bookings.com We had a family room, which had two rooms joining so the privacy between adults and children was excellent. The children had a single bed each (we have a 13 year old and a 6 ysar old). We had a bathroom with toilet and shower. It was very quiet in our room and you could barely hear the comings and goings of other guests or street traffic....
