"The Chancellor is a lovely hotel located in Union Square. The rooms were small, but much larger than I expected. They are immaculately clean. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient for finding restaurants, shopping and touring SF. It’s a historic hotel, well cared for. The Chancellor’s standards for guest services, cleanliness and affordability are exceed ed my expectations. "

"The toilet had some kind of smell that i had to keep the exhaust running else the smell was getting into the room The location was really nice...right next to bay trail...that i was able to go for a stroll in the morning / evening"
