"Had an excellent 2 night break. No delays or issues checking in, friendly greeting, everything was explained. Room was clean, tidy and bigger than expected. We ate in the restaurant in the evening - food was delicious, great service made it a lovely relaxing experience. Breakfast the next day was good, no shortage of choice and freshly cooked buffet and continental food. One issue - one of 2 coffee machines was broken (these things happen), the other on a go slow, so there were queues which could have been better managed, worked around"

"We had a fantastic one night stay at the double tree Cheltenham. The bedroom was beautiful with a lovely bathroom. The service was second to none, from the barman to the fantastic waitress Justina who couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel welcome. We will definitely return "
