"The absence of customer-facing people is a problem. I tried to get check-in instructions by emailing in advance, and calling the Penzion, but only got them on the day of my arrival. "The staff made sure we had access to locked parking for our motorcycle. The room had a small kitchenette which was clean but walls were marked. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom spacious and clean.
