"Room 1019 was tired ! The bathroom door jams were rotten. The desk had a layer of dust and the room facilities folder was giving wrong information. This hotel trades on its closeness to the exhibition centre. Staff care great. The obvious issue is with the B management team and allocation of budget. It’s a 3 star at best!"

"We stayed for 17 nights and got to know most of the staff there. They were kind, friendly and ready to help. The location is convenient with a 3 minute walk in the skybridge to the Fortress Hill MTR station. We got a room upgrade to the 8th floor with harbor view. Given the duration of our stay, we asked for a microwave, which come with a small shelf for additional storage.
