Unfortunately,we had an accident before arriving at the airport that required my wife to require a wheelchair for our entire stay. The hotel was amazingly accommodating, changed our room more than once to help, and provided assistance above and beyond. The staff were amazing an truly exceptional. "Overall very nice. Probably the only criticism was that the roof top bar, which was lovely, was ridiculously expensive. Every Italian bar/restaurant has some sort of house wine if you are not intending to go for broke but one round of ordinary drinks was 41 Euros so we didn’t go back. Around the corner we could get just as good wine for half the price. Not a terrible criticism just an annoyance."
