"We love Stratford Upon-Avon and a member of our family had stayed at the Crowne Plaza before. So we decided to give it a try. The only issues that I could mention was that the room 1019 was quite a walk from reception and, I had to report to the front desk that maybe the previous occupants had spilled some dark liquids on the carpets and caused them to stain."

"Lovely hotel walking distance of Solihull shops, bars and restaurants. We only ate breakfast which had plenty of choice from cooked to continental. Nice room and bathroom with plenty of space. Didn’t use swimming pool this time but previously it’s been nice. On-site parking at cost £10 per day. "

"Plenty of parking which is free at the weekend so we were told at check in. Bar area nice & service was quick. Went down to see the pool/gym & staff just looked at us when we said we’d come for a look. We couldn’t access either due to barriers but staff continued with their conversation rather than see if they could help us out. Shame really as we may have gone for a swim, but wouldn’t consider paying for something we couldn’t see. The room was lovely, pillows & bed were great, shower amazing Shame no air con as despite 2 fans quite a difficult nights sleep due to being so hot. Would stay again if visiting the area."

"A peaceful, luxurious stay to celebrate my mums 70th birthday. The staff looked after us so well and the food was delicious. The location is perfect for exploring Stratford Upon Avon, the Cotswolds and plenty of National Trusts in the area. The room was so comfy and the grounds are stunning"
